| I'm shaking angry right now. My gramma's phone company talked her into an expensive phone with a plan she didn't need. I just spoke with the salesman that served her and he tried to talk me in circles and convince me he made the plan in her best interest. And I asked him what the cheaper options were and he had to tell me there was a cheaper option available. But he talked over me and told me the plan/phone she has now is cheaper than the original price she'd be paying if she bought the phone and plan separately. I'm like ok that's cool but why didn't you set her up with the cheaper phone and plan right away? And then he talked more circles listing off how many GB the plan has and how with the credit on her account she's paying less on the monthly payment. He wouldn't admit that it was more expensive than the one he just talked about. Anyway I stood my ground and I told him we're returning the phone, cutting off the plan and that's it because we're still in the 15 days remorse period. |
