| We have an obnoxious neighbor and putting in a 6ft privacy fence saved my sanity. He was constantly in our business, watching us, commenting passive aggressively I couldn't go out there without having anxiety lol |

| It wouldn't surprise me if the neighbor across the street reported me to code enforcement. In the fall he is out there for 8+ hours a day with his leaf blower. His lawn is leveled perfection that you could putt golf on. |

| And I agree Jeri, if the HOA wants to worry about the front yard, that is fine. They can keep their nose out of my backyard. (one reason I have a fence) |

| I don't live in an HOA and got threatened with three years of jail time for grass length last year lmfao. It was same situation, on our days off it was raining and it just got a little out of control. It wasn't even that bad. |

| The police here patrol neighborhoods also, and will give you a citation if your grass is too tall. They came after me when it rained for 3 weeks and I literally couldn't mow. |

| I feel like HOA should only be in control of the front of the home, the curb appeal. If your yard is fenced in then that is your business, not theirs. |
