| TBH the day doesn't actually matter vs the week. I used to think it was the day as well, but so long as its the training of week 7 (inclusive of the sunday/monday at the start of what would be week 8) |

| Low key I think leveling is a better mark than bars up for AD. My SD has blossomed so much that I rely heavily on the bars for culling LOL |

| Any SD the levels week 6 is usually good. Week 7 is excellent for AD, but early week 8 is good too. |

| I geld my SD boys if they don't level week 6 WWWs, Ideally a level in a discipline is good - more than one discipline, that much more exciting. Better level everything week 8 XD |
