| my parents and I went to visit this couple that had a number of rescued exotics some years ago. they had a sun conure that was screaming its head off, and in the cage beside it was a cockatoo (I think?) that said "he's a bad bird, I'm a good bird" XD |

| At the pet store we have a blue and gold macaw, an african gray, a green amazon, and of course parakeets, finches, the canary, and we did have lovebirds and cockatiels but we sold all of them |

| Get homing pigeons. They come in tons of colors and you can let them fly free as much as you like, they always come back. |

| I prefer reptiles. Majority of them make no noise and they are pretty low maintenance lol |

| I am so deeply in love with birds but cannot justify ever owning one unless I have a ton of free time and a proper aviary. I don't like cages. I'll just admire them instead |
