| Honestly if she does it the next best thing is to possibly stand up and avoid her. Walk around the room until she gives up and realises you’re not gonna bother with her. Every time she gets rough, get up, ignore her and wait for her to give in |

| Geek It is really frustrating but explain to your dad that it will only get worse to the point where she just won't settle because I know a dog where her owners did the same thing so she has learned that if she whines she gets let out |

| Dory I was told that tapping a dog, at all, in any area of its body, was abusive. I don't wanna accidentally hurt her, I just got that fear that I'll tap her, and she'll start yelping (another bad habit of hers). |

| Hm… have you tried food balls? They are balls you put favourite bits of food in, treats etc and it’ll distract them for a bit? |

| Second what solar said. If you give into barking etc they’ll know everytime they do that you’ll respond to them. |

| You really should crate. It's healthy and gives them a safe spot to go to when they feel scared or overwelmed. |

| Geek What has worked with all my puppies that bite is a tap on the nose and say no then dont play for awhile |

| Stella A ball, a rope and ball, squeaky toys. We're trying to get more, but she doesn't like these toys. |

| you have to be more stubborn than she is. ignore whining or barking to get attention, because they learn very quickly that annoying behaviors will get you to pay attention. even if it's to scold them |
