| Brook: ISH comes from any of SHxRID, ISHxRID, ISHxSH I think... so yes. Can always check the game guide too I think it's under either breeding or your horse |

| Gladius - thanks! He came when I got a quest to capture a bay horse. Shame he didn't end up being an ISH. |

| Luna - that sucks :( do they have you on a muscle relaxant? Magnesium can help with muscle cramps too and I think that includes spasms |

| Glacier re captures: I was sooooo tempted to keep some of the capture quests I had until then... but that's so far away still, relatively speaking x-x |
