| Remarks Trooper Robbie Klein was fatally wounded on October 15th, 1984 during a search for two prison escapees. Trooper Robbie Klein, a dedicated officer with the Arkansas State Police, was tragically killed in the line of duty on October 15, 1984. He was shot and killed by an escaped convict during a search for two prison escapees. Klein's wife, three sons, and brother are among those who remember him fondly.
