| pharmacologically speaking, diclofenac is a non-selective cox inhibitor and target cox 1 and cox 2. Targeting cox 1 is why they have the warning about stomach bleeds. Celecoxib is selective for cox 2 and has a much lower chance of causing stomach issues |
