| I FR a lot of horses I buy for quest... You choose to sell the horse. Whoever buys has the choice. |

| my point was more that it doesn't make economic sense, I for one would have gladly yoinked him, and buying it off someone just to FR without saying anything is kind of a rude move |

| like if you were the most recent owner, or bred their sire and dam (and you can toggle it on/off) |
