| They always look good although I’ve never had lobster, shrimp or crab. Crab looks nice but I’m worried the taste would put me off. |

| Stella Also, sushi is made from fish that's been carefully stored and sometimes cured/salted to keep it fresh. You should never just buy and eat raw fish from the supermarket :) |
