| Do you mean like acid reflux? I think I get that a little bit, oddly enough, but it's just some bad taste in my mouth when I swallow sometimes. No clue how that's supposed to work. When I drink fizzy stuff it doesn't make me burp, but it can make me really bloated. Sometimes I wonder if I have discomfort but am unaware of it since I have never really known anything else |

| Do you get acid? Or like trapped wind etc due to the not being able to burp? Fizzy juice makes me burp badly, if you were to drink it would it not have that effect on you? |

| I also have a severe phobia of vomiting so I stay away from it as if it was the plague. This phobia can apparently cause the not burping, but the not burping can cause the phobia |

| My parents said I could burp as a baby. I have burped a small handful of times in my life, but can never do it on purpose. I have thrown up as a child, but never as a teen or adult. I have "air vomited" a couple of times, basically the same as normal vomiting but only air came out lol |

| I figured out via reddit that I probably have RCPD, but the symptoms of that one are so niche that it might not really count lol |
