Cove you might be able to try grape seed, you'd have to be sure that it wouldn't interfere with any other medications though.

Cove grape seed kept me from getting UTIs, I was like little still probably about 6 years old maybe closer to 7.
I would take that thing everyday it was to a point where I would actively ask for it.
I even remembered its name and I never paid attention to stuff like that.
