| I still get worked up about that. Like the window next to the front door was so broken that somebody could push it inward from the outside and very easily gain access to the house. I sent them so many pictures and videos on it and they were like "then don't touch the window" but it was the only one that fit an AC unit on that floor. They were like "AC is not a necessity" and that was our final straw lol and started looking for a new place |

| Snow- Im so sorry, Im like account hopping while trying to get my showing sorted out. My recommendation would be to work at a law firm where you kind of "choose" the client- instead of being court appointed |

| Actually, if I could be a lawyer, I would be the type of lawyer that represents tenants with crappy landlords. When I was in college I had one who broke all of her own rules so many times and never fixed any of the broken things, just gaslit my roommates and me until eventually we moved out of the house. One of my roommates had a family friend who was a lawyer that was semi-retired but took these kinds of cases because it made her so happy to help and serve justice to the really bad landlords. So I would do that. |

| Also, if a case goes badly the first person blamed would be the defense attorney, which can be dangerous |
