Lol I normally try cleaning videos to fall asleep. Melatonin helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep and any other over the counter sleeping meds either make me feel like crap hen I wake up or not wake up lol
I am on a decent dose of Seroquel, then trazadone, so the combo of those make me sleepy, and cannabis keeps me asleep and stops nightmares. But as for non-subtances, Wood Soup Girl on Youtube has been helping me sleep too lol
Dang Ven. Lol I keep thinking I need to get on either a sleeping medication or something for my ADHD to take at night because it keeps me awake almost every night. My brain just refuses to turn off. Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
