| They’ll be the best places to go. Definitely go to conventions over a pet shop if you can. You’ll see loads of different ones. Possibly be able to hold different ones and they’ll be the best people to speak to about specific questions you have. |

| I think snakes are cool and getting to participate in handling them in high school was awesome but I know I wont ever own one lol. I did get a 3D print of one and love it though XD |

| I don't think you realize a snake is a long term commitment. Most live 20+ years atleast and they require more care than you think. You don't just throw them in a tank and throw a mouse in every once in a while. |

| ven has VERY good point! Reptile conventions are the best place to go if you have a fear. They’ll let you hold them, talk to you about them and if you realise it’s not for you: you can leave and not have to be stuck with a snake! |
