Stella Also, sushi is made from fish that's been carefully stored and sometimes cured/salted to keep it fresh. You should never just buy and eat raw fish from the supermarket :) |

Stella It depends on the place. The restaurants I'd get my boils from would let you choose, and I often opted for a garlic butter sauce. But it can be anywhere from a spicy broth to a butter. I've made one with a simple, spiced red broth before |
