| Yeah I've started looking and updating my resume. They are offering a retention bonus and 2 months of extended HealthCare coverage after my last day. The frustrating thing is is once I start a new job I have to wait a year before I can apply for FMLA again |

| That's about like how I was told a month ago now that they're laying off 6 workers where I'm at and unfortunately I'll be laid off between Thanksgiving and Christmas or at the beginning of 2026. Yet they're still hiring in salaried employees. Make it make sense. |
