-HEE Click- You can see some of these girls were entered in futurity, but I just treat them as normal since they'd have no chance of winning |

When I breed SD, if a pair gives a W it gets repeated until one of them retires, so I don't mind chopping the balls off a stud's first crop as he'll have plenty more to succeed him if he's good, or I don't want his line to continue if he's shit |

I average 4-6 EEE-EEW boys for AD, then I just enter everything when I test my SD freshies (if I've got a lot I'll enter 10 from each rather than all 20) and there's almost always 10 boys there. Often a couple more so I choose the prettiest ones to keep their balls |

Okay I am tired of it. I give up lol I will do the rest some day |

I enter a few a year but I find most times it turns out to be a filly xD and sometimes I want to keep the balls but I find that getting a LB SD stallion is hard |

@Min do you use a lot of sexed items then to make sure you only have colts born for the futurity? |
Minerva |
Luna said anything that isn't a show gelding, not any gelding that isn't showing I'm pretty sure |

I don't enter mares into futurity as they're so unlikely to win theres no point. Only have up to 10 geldings per discipline. AD futurity is usually won by EEW+ geldings, sometimes EEE. SD is I think always W gelds- I might be wrong but I don't think I've ever seen a mare place. |

Luna yeah I'd take the rider off anything you're not showing or tracking. I dread to think what my weekly bill would be if I had riders on everything xD |
Greenheart Stables |
@Min Huh, do you still cull on week 3 if the mares don't develop a bar up or do you keep em |
