| I use a martingale collar on my husky instead of a flat collar, and martingales aren't allowed in the arena I compete in (same with prongs/stim collars/etc) so I needed a flat collar to compete and the leather one is what I got. Now I just use a plain flat purple buckle collar and that does the trick. Sad I can't use the nice custom one though |

| The reasoning was that the gemstones are a choking hazard if they fall off, and the shine they give off in direct sunlight can interfere with the cameras they use to record the sessions. |

| We got a nice custom leather collar and leash set for rally obedience competitions, and then they banned collars and leashes with "bling" (sequins, gemstones, etc) so we can't use them in the ring LOL |

| She's a Siberian Husky so I usually get a shocked "she's not screaming at us??" when they do their physical exam LOL. She had an eye workup done for OFA when we got her a few years ago and the tech who did her exam was shocked she wasn't bothered by her handling her muzzle. |

| I have heard of people taking their cats places and walking them on a leash. It makes sense that they might like the car more when it often takes them to fun places for exploring, not just "the torture needle place" |

| Kiwi, I'm so happy to hear that you found a baby that you want! <3 I think the best thing you can do for that, is to help her understand that the car is an okay place. I think once they get used to the car, everything else is less stressful |
