| The only sleep paralysis I remember was a dream I was being chased by my brother who wanted to pour water on me. Somehow I got turned on my stomach and had to kick to get away. But I couldn't kick. Then I woke up just enough so I knew I was in bed and it was a dream, but I still couldn't move for another couple minutes. Usually I just lucid dream instead, which I think is the opposite. |

| @gems, wanna talk about dreams without being fully asleep? i had sleep paralysis SO BAD that while i was in a half conscious state, all i could hear was screaming, and the fire alarm going off, i was convinced my house was on fire but i couldnt move. literally nothing happened, i had just fallen asleep at like 2pm lol |

| I just listen to audiobooks or some kind of youtube video if I need some background sound. Currently hooked on people collecting the frozen iguanas in florida xD |

| What keeps me up at night is overthinking and my mind making dreams without me being fully asleep. O.o |

| Yeah it is bad. I also wake up a lot during the night anyways and if my brain is hooked on a song it will immediately start up as loud as possible the second I wake up even the tiniest bit |

| @angel, i get your pain of the brain repeating a song non stop and loosing sleep over it , current hyper fixation is nickleback xD but that could also have to do with my time working in shops and i miss it xD |

| omg angel I get what you mean--it doesn't bother me quite that badly, and my ADHD seems to like having steady music in the bg (it's either that or basically silence lol) but earworms are insaneeeee |

| I mean I can tolerate some things but it is a nightmare with my adhd so I just avoid it. My brain likes to latch on to one song and repeat it nonstop to the point where I can't sleep 🙃 |
