Same here, I am still learning which things trigger my fibromyalgia and I avoid them if I can |

Cove that's a good choice, my mom would make that for me. Silver wishes I'll have to check them out. Am not sure what triggers flares up yet. Am still learning as I go. Biggest thing I know is caffeine. |

I don't know if I could drink teas, I need to honestly sit down and talk to the doctor. I only know to avoid high content of fat High fiber foods And caffeine. |

I have only had the zero sugar but to me it tastes like a creamsicle but not as sweet |
