Honestly, color is the last thing I consider when looking at ABLB stallions. The only time I pay attention to color is with RID since frame is prevalent in a lot of the top studs

Yeah we care more about the modifiers and patterns lol
Unless we are going for Apricot
The Old Gods
04:10:46 Void Malign
No, I think most people understand the genetics.
Narran Park

Void, I am mainly complaining about the amount of EEAA studs :)

And thought it might be because people dont understand how Bay works. Even if the coat says is Buckskin etc.

But if players just dont care too much, thats also fine :)
Ashcroft Park Stud
04:07:29 Ash
Well yeah while they might be bay ‘underneath’ if they have a load of modifiers on top I don’t see it as a problem.. not that I have a problem with bay, I love a nice bay!
The Old Gods
04:05:59 Void Malign
I'm still confused on what your whole reason for listing out colors and modifiers
Narran Park
04:05:58 Sting
Bay is hard to shake in this game.

Its funny because in RL, i love Sabinos and i have 2 x Bay roan mares. one also carrying Sabino
Narran Park
04:04:58 Sting
Grullo = Black horse
Smokey Cream = Black Horse
Classic Champagne = Black horse
The Old Gods
04:03:21 Void Malign
Though, there for awhile it was black in AAs because of Al Hattal
Ashcroft Park Stud
04:03:02 Ash
But they have shiny stuff on top x)
The Old Gods
04:03:00 Void Malign
I can't say I've beard people complain about bay. It's always roan or sabino
Narran Park
04:02:55 Sting
yeah exactly :)
Ashcroft Park Stud
04:02:26 Ash
Yeah I know, I’m just saying by that logic a red roan is a chestnut, and a silver black is a plain black horse
Narran Park
04:02:21 Sting
I wondered because most studs are EEAA...thought that most people dont realise they they are bottlenecking the bays :D
Narran Park
04:01:36 Sting
A red roan horse is eeaa/eeAa/eeAA + Roan Gene
Silver Black is just a Black horse + Silver gene
Ashcroft Park Stud
04:00:42 Ash
But yeah a bit random
Narran Park
04:00:36 Sting
When we Breed EEAA horses we are creating an Army of BAYS
Ashcroft Park Stud
04:00:08 Ash
So a red roan horse is ‘technically’ a chestnut horse, and a silver black horse is a black horse etc
The Old Gods
03:59:54 Void Malign
It's a very random thing to say, but generally, people realize that lol
Narran Park
03:59:37 Sting
Perlino is Bay + 2 x Cream
Amber Champagne is also just a Bay with Champagne on top.
