| I think about welding from time to time, but hopefully after I get the credentials from field school this summer I can snag one of the jobs in CRM for 28 an hour. |

| I was making 14 an hour which was above minimum wage at the time. I got no benefits either, other than "discounted board" which would have taken a whopping 100 dollars off the monthly payment. |

| I make $15. And I do not get a raise now until every 5th year. The raise is 30 cents. |
