| What I do is after every day my BM enters them into shows, the next day I go through each barn and check for red. Then I go to the BM and reassign riders and then cull any riders I no longer need |

| Green level just means the rider is a higher level than their horse. It might give them a boost but doesn't guarantee good performance. Red level means horse is a higher level and will get a penalty (because their rider is basically too inexperienced for their horse) |
