Lol Angel!

Fern it would depend on the horse to be honest. If you've got one that you're wanting to breed for all-round ratings then definitely keep it to eventing as you'll mess your tracking up. But if you've got something like a PEP that isn't really worth matching anyway, they'd earn you more money a bit faster doing single discipline. If you've got one that's clearly single discipline like a WSS, you definitely only want to train and track in the one discipline

If you are showing them yes but if you want to breed them in ratings they need to stay training in all areas so you can match them

Okay thank you! I'll go bookmark them now lol

Lol for the longest time for some reason my brain always read Int and integrity even though I knew it was intelligence
Fernweh QH
01:28:36 Fern | Kinz
Okay perfect, thank you! Would you suggest having a horse that's strong in those specific categories only train and show in said discipline?
Minerva

Anytime :D There are a few guides in the Member Help forum that are super useful as well that would be worth a read. I know I poured over them when I first started because everything can be so confusing until you get the hang of it haha

You can see this in the game guide under "Your Horse" if you forget but, Mv Int and Str are dressage, Hrt Scp and Spd are Jumping, and Hrt Spd and Str are cross-country

Movement, Intelligence, Heart, Scope, Speed, Strength

It gives an indication of their strengths and weaknesses, yes. If you track how they train, you can then use that to match breeding horses together that cover off each other's weaknesses and hopefully result in a stronger foal

Does someone know what all the gauges are? I've figured out speed and heart, possibly strength, but could someone run by the full names of each for me?

You can see what week they are on where it says "Training" on their page and "Training Sessions"

Thank you!! <3

01:25:20 Fern | Kinz
Oh okay! And it's a clue as to how well a horse will perform as time goes on? I've seen horses with the same ratings train differently, so I'm assuming that's what it's for?
Angels angels
01:25:04 [1k+ brindles] Angel
You train your horses every week. So each week is one training session. At certain weeks we like to see a certain amount of bars gained in the training guage to see if the horse is strong or not and may be a good producer
Minerva
01:24:32 Min
The week is equal to the number of training sessions the horse has (as you can train once per week). So week 4s are 4 training sessions etc :)
Fernweh QH
01:23:01 Fern | Kinz
Hey, I'm fairly new to the game, and I have a quick question. I see people talking about "weeks" in terms of training for foals. Can someone explain that to me? ^^'
