Puck Exactly!! I literally went in after putting in an application one time and the manager looked at me and said "Oh, were not actually hiring right now-" then why are there signs in your window that say "now hiring"?
I've sent over 80 applications now and haven't heard back at all. I'll get interviews, I'll hear back that they "went with someone else" (even though they keep the posting up).
It's all a scam now and even if you "know" somebody, it doesn't do jack squat. I've learned.
I sent out close to 80 applications summer of last year. Heard back from two- one was a rejection the other sent me a test and then ghosted me after I took it
I can understand the use of the net now-days, when you have 50+ people all wanting the 1 job you have available, the person doing the hiring, doesn't want to spend the time. Still, I'd want to put eyes on the people I might hire, face to face. Check out their demeanor and all.
I still have a good laugh about doing an application, forgetting I even did it, and then being confused when they sent me a denial notification two years later
When I moved here, putting in applications literally daily, it took me almost 3 months before something finally responded, and it's a crappy job. But it's a job, so I had to take it.
All my applications were done online and the only time I saw someone face to face was if there was an interview. Quite a few of the interviews I did was over zoom or MS teams
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
