| Gem best bet is the Manager, I am a team leader. I tend to only say something if it's extremely bad, like harassment, threats, them ill separate people but am a team leader so it's apart of my role to keep people safe, make sure they have their tools, and everyone stays on track. |

| I dont mean if hes nice I mean if you all have a working relationship where you can be candid. But, again, sounds like it's not your place to give him feedback...so I'd tread carefully if thats the route you go |
