| Eventually sleep will find a way. I have a hatred for podcasts only because my dad blares them nonstop, even when we have the tv on or are talking, lol |

| Yeah I get that <3 I hope you can get to sleep soon. Maybe try listening to an audio book or podcast? I find that helps me sleep when my anxiety is bad |
