I am so sad! My highest rating today was EEE |
Kaldwin Stud |
So excited about him, Imp :D Chrome, it works well for me. I probably miss out on some potential good studs if they went up, say, 1/2/1 on weeks 3/6/9, but I have plenty of freshies to test doing it this way anyway lol I also only keep studs who reach 50 or higher on their breed LBs |
Insignia Elites |
I have been not naming my SD foals because I don't want to get attached xD That way its easy to cull when they don't train well |
Embervale Acres |
my SD lines are still being worked on to get stronger, so any colts I get are usually just held onto lol this boy is my most promising right now -HEE Click- |
Bignus Bognus |
Gem I do about the same for my freshies! I'm struggling with culling after they debut mostly, I have 12 right now but really only make use of like 4 of them :/ |
Ares Battle |
I finally got Aphrodite for my collection. Not what I had hoped, but she'll do. -HEE Click- |
Kaldwin Stud |
With my SD colts, they have to go up at least two bars, two times between weeks 3,6, and 9. And be all up on 4/7/10 |
Angels angels |
I knew that shit was going to happen!! I was breeding SSS+ to EEEs trying to get a brindle for the premium brindle quest and the first foal I breed that is just for color (doing the homo appy quest) is a damn brindle! -HEE Click- |

@Bignus I keep all of my W colts initially to see how they train. They get culled if they don't have a week 3 and then I cull them more from there. I never have more than 5 to test |
Kaldwin Stud |
Yeah, you're definitely right about that. It just feels like I should be getting better results out of some mares if they're gonna be on the LB. But I guess either they do produce it or they don't, regardless of what they could *potentially* do |
Bignus Bognus |
Ugh I'm so bad at culling, prob why my SD program is at a standstill too :') how many studs do you guys normall keep? |
Sagruesal |
Tano Mares don't need to produce till they die. They either do well and stay, or get several chances with different stallions and get culled at around 7yo |
Kaldwin Stud |
Especially when they're on the leaderboard but won't actually produce anything valuable |
