| If I suspect a horse is ready to show again after leveling up, I usually enter it in a low cost member show to get an idea of where it is and if it does well, I'll do more showing, if now I'll wait a while and try again. |

| I think the lower level disciplines stay in their level longer so you enter them even later? |

| Even stats are nice for breeding and leveling purposes. It shows the horses weaknesses/strengths and if they're even then the horse being bred won't have to compensate. For leveling i think it matters really only for the eventing federation. |
