| I did like 8 interviews recently and I made an interesting observation. On all the interviews where it was an actual conversation they wanted to hire me. On the interviews where it was dead silent and they just asked questions they wanted other candidates. |

| Not quite nepotism but I can reinforce the strong connections. I got one of my jobs because a facility where I moved from recommended me to a facility in the place I moved to. It immediately moved my name up. |

| Having strong connections is a blessing. But I also interned for 10 years prior at the same department and I'm VERY good at my job. Nepotism doesn't mean someone will be good enough to keep on staff |
