| We had to call the police at the ortho practice when a woman threatened to unalive herself because I couldn't get her a prescription for the opioids she was addicted to (I was an appointment scheduler with no medical credentials lol) |

| Apparently there was a threatening caller the other day while I was out of work on PTO. Whenever that happens we have a "refresher meeting" on what to do in those situations. |
