In said ad it has a man in a doctors outfit asking the AI “is it dangerous to work on the brain?” And another of a builder asking “do bricks need to be hard to build?” I think both questions are common sense

Guys, I was redirected to the bot. I am going to go burn their buildings down. I have declared war. This is the end. (this is a joke, for legal reason.)

I’ve seen ads that are AI made. That are on Promoting AI, you can tell it’s AI too
Angels angels
Stella I use deviantart but you have to find the stock in all the mess lol, but unsplash is a good one just watch out for AI images (they are easy to spot and I think it tells you)

AI has applications, for sure, but why the everloving fuck do we need to use it to generature caricatures of our jobs, or to be a pseudotherapist 🥲 Main stream accessibility of AI was the worst choice that could've been made for it, imo

🙃 yeah, I enjoyed it but that was before my EDS popped up and fucked with my hands

Art question: for doing like the art where you put pieces together, like a real photo of a horse on a background etc. what apps/places can you use that are guaranteed stock images?

I can also see the benefits, and there are certain coding programs that its beneficial for. My husband sometimes uses it for his work, but he works in chemical engineering and so it can be helpful with the math aspects and getting certain programs working correctly. But there is absolutely no reason that people on Facebook need to make dumb pictures of themselves just to be "funny" or "trendy"

That said, there are good aspects of AI. I heard of a donut robot thing that turned out to be good at identifying a specific type of cancer cells, for example. But now in general it's fully out of control and horrible
The Old Gods
Affinity Photo 2 has a module that can be enabled that runs locally on the computer. It's damned helpful for removing backgrounds.

One of the reasons I use PS CS6, it loooong predates any of that AI bloat. And no stupid subscription.

I understand the benefits of AI in some aspects, but it is way too much now, and using it for generating entire creative pictures, I just can't agree with it as an artist. Even all the AI art on DA makes me cringe... And after 2 hours, I was finally able to find an email for support, but lets guess they are going to redirect me to using their AI bot that can't even understand the fact that I am trying to manage my late fathers accounts. It just keeps trying to sell a new contract to me. To say I am furious and will burn a bot if I see it, is an understatement.
Running R Ranch
Yeah it's insane how much people are using it. In a goat medical group I'm in, there's occasionally a person posting "GPT said I should give my goat xyz because it looked sick" and it drives me nuts 🤦♀️
The Old Gods
AI detectors are gonna be interesting since most art programs employ AI in some fashion now
Ravenwood Farm
I hate AI too! For the sake of the environment and artists, and I HATE how it spreads misinformation and confusion
Asfamoth
I've learned a good few methods to tell AI art manually. Some data just can't be faked.
