Would anyone out there be willing to share some of their horses that have trained and been tracked super ideally? I am learning tracking and just want some more examples of what things should look like on specific weeks for all discipline horses...

Dust Mops???
We have a cat. She is tiger, calico, and something else mixed. She had some kittens once and the one kitten was basically a dust mop like yours. She was orange tiger though

I work with someone who has secured a manual labour job for over a year - She claims to have 101 medical reasons why she can't do her job. And we just have to cover her slack when she is to sick to work but well enough to not stay home (everyyyy shift). The real kicker though is that she thinks she is the best at her job, she should be training new employees and re-training old employees

@Lily, I ask myself how some people get as far as they are everyday. XD

I really wonder how some people get as far as they are. If you are supposed to translate for someone, you should do just that. Don't be changing up questions/answers

I don't usually encounter issues like this. But goodness that was an awful call. The customer's daughter eventually had to get on to talk to me. Like the interpreter asked me "would it be more economical to get a new policy instead of adding her daughter to the policy" when I spoke to the daughter what she really wanted to know was when she gets her own car, does she call us to just get it added to her mom's policy. Don't see how that is the same question.

I also had one get mad at me for calling her a translator instead of an interpreter...

@Jeri, the interpreters at my hospital are kind of useless too. Half the time they just stay silent and I have to remind them to offer a translation to the patient.

This interpreter is peeving me off. He keeps talking to the customer instead of interpreting to me and letting me respond. >:|
