| I actually was going to give up color. I FR tons of amazing PON mares too. But honestly ratings just stresses me out too much to focus on that. I keep my colors above SSS at the least but ive been building some good EEE rarities |

| try adding salt to your water. like just a pinch. makes your body actually have to process it so the water sticks to you better. if you feel fine aside from the stitch I really wouldn't worry much |
