| pro tip - if you're able, try to get up and walk around a bit. if you have an empty seat next to you see if you can get some stretches in. and last resort tense up all your muscles one by one toes up, wiggle them, shake them, basically just try to keep the blood from pooling in them. that's often a large part of it--so if you can elevate for a little, even if you're like putting your knees into the back of the chair in front of you, hopefully that will relieve some of it |

| The fact I am dumb enough to slowly move horses to AD riders without realizing you can also just change a riders training. |
