lol OK. I'm interested in the NDs some. Or maybe a laid back medium breed. And Hot wire sounds good. Just from the predator stand point.

I'd probably make it wrong lol. I've messed up rice before. I'm basically incompetent in the kitchen (┬┬﹏┬┬)

@Gem goats are awesome! We have Oberhaslis. Did the Nigerian Dwarf thing briefly, but their teats are tiny (at least on the ones I had) so I opted for a larger breed. They're very entertaining but I highly recommend putting hot wire on their fencing xD

It helped, too, that I literally put it in the pot straight from the goat so it took no time to get up to 180 to pasteurize it lol

Ah, I see. I'm interested in getting goats just there the companionship and manure. I don't know about milkers. lol

And that's a LOT of milk.

@eury

I just imagine its easy to go wrong?

Pretty much. I'm going to start using yogurt from the previous batch for the culture. I still have some of the freeze dried stuff though for when I forget to save some or if it goes bad before I get around to another batch

I want to make yogurt so bad, just never gotten around to it.
The Old Gods

Yeah, it's basically just add the culture to the milk and let it incubate
Running R Ranch
08:36:34 RRR (Jo)
I'm thinking I'll try cheese of some kind next, probably farmer's cheese. That's supposed to be like an entry level goat cheese to make
Running R Ranch
08:36:01 RRR (Jo)
I was surprised, it really is though. Especially with an instant pot to incubate it all day lol
The Old Gods

yogurt's easy to make
Running R Ranch

I did! I'm getting a gallon of milk a day between 2 goats and need to start coming up with ways to use it. I'm thinking yogurt will become a several times a week event now lol
