| Remarks Senior Corporal Michael Springer died February 11, 2022, after succumbing to complications from COVID-19. Sr. Corporal Michael Springer was a Senior Corporal with the Arkansas State Police for 33 years, serving with Troop H. He was a retired U.S. Navy Seabee who was decorated for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
