| and even if I pass the test, I may not be eligible for promotion.. and even if I am eligible for promotion, my record has to be reviewed to ensure "sustained superior performance". And even if I have sustained superior performance it depends on how many quotas for the next paygrade and my job LOL its a freaking nightmare. I wont know about THAT until mid august |

| first 90 questions I felt pretty solid on.. the last 80 or so completely whooped my ass... I wont know results of the test for the next week or two |

| Promotion exam is based off curriculum taught to me 12 years ago, and sporadically throughout the last 12 years plus more. Literal thousands of questions in the pool to pull from to create the 175 question closed book timed test.. *shivers* I'm to the point of only seeing that exam once per year.. from 2016-2020 it was 2x a year and less difficult.. I didnt take it in 2021, then have been taking a much more difficult one (that changes each year) once a year since then |

| I will add I give my rehab friend all the birds and rabbits and stuff that you look at wrong and it kills over, lol. Baby birds are not for me |

| studying for my next promotion exam, exam and period the same day.. Then got a raging fever and have sneezed an ungodly amount of time due to a cold a day or two later. brain be gone |

| Me too. I’ve probably raised eh, a dozen squirrels or so in the past 10 years. Some years it’s 3 some it’s none you know. I try to do best by them. I even buy special squirrel formula lol |

| I’m able to give them a soft release due to living out in the country. We have ones built for squirrels. Outside and we can open them and let them come and go when transitioning. Or, if for some reason they will not “go wild” I could keep them but I have a licensed friend as well. |

| Well I work for animal control therefore wildlife care tends to fall a lot on me honestly. I grew up with wildlife. You’re legally allowed here to have 6 of each without permits. But I do not plan on keeping them. The three squirrels I have now are all from an area in the city that was just logged sadly. Nests fell down with the trees. |
