| My recipe is 4 ¼ pounds (1925g) baking apples, about 8 large apples 1/2 cup (100g) light or dark brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 2 tablespoons (16g) cornstarch 1 tablespoon (14g) butter 1 large egg If you want it you can message me and I'll send you the link to the website its off of. | And to make it GF just make sure to use GF vanilla and use GF bisquick. No change to measurements, measures 1:1 |

| Yeah, super super easy. Its like 1 can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling), 3 eggs, 1 block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup bisquick mix, 1/2 cup white granulated sugar, 1/3 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 tsp ginger, 1/3 tsp nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Or something to that effect. If you want the exact recipe shoot me a message and I'll grab it. I tend to measure with my heart lmao |

Her fiance is coming out for Thanksgiving so she will make a GF apple pie and I will make a regular apple pie but not tell him who made what and see which he likes best..... |

| Complan is absolutely fantastic for if you can't keep things down, or if you can't make yourself eat an actual meal (unless your lactose intolerant, but I presume it would work the same with a dairy-free milk?) |

| I do desserts for family meals, like Thanksgiving. It is super easy to make recipes like that GF. I'll be making peanut butter pie, pumpkin cheese cake, pumpkin pie, and no dessert but sweet potato casserole. All easy to turn GF |
