| If it isn't mortgaged you don't NEED insurance. You wouldn't believe the number of people who call to cancel their home policies once their mortgage is paid off. Lets hope you have that $200k+ your home was insured for in case of a total loss |

| Not sure what fairly reasonable is, but 50k is even expensive. Mom, sis and I want to move to east TN. But of course need more money first. Im stuck in GA at least another year for classes and possibly training |

| We are making it work. Layla is pretty traumatized and Fox doesnt have care in the world @Peggy Maybe I will have to look into it im not sure what we can and cant do on the property |

| I used to live in a beated up camper. Sold it then got my own little appartment closer to school.. |

| Would something like a log cabin be suitable? I was looking at building one on my land before I knew we were getting this one and they seemed fairly reasonable. Not sure if that's the same where you are though |
