| yeah, I think 18-20 is fairly common for ovulation? ...and then of course I think of horse breeding and like "yeah you want to start at 20 because some mares go at 22-25 and others hold to between 30 and 40" XD |

| Oof Red that's rough. Honestly the worst part is the cramping, but after 1-2 hours you don't even know it's there. Although if you're active make sure they cut and turn the strings so your partner isn't poked π they can take a bit to soften and not stab lol |

| catalina , for me , i just make sure i drink alot of water, min a gallon a day, which seems like alot but honestly you get used to it, i also drink pure cranberry juice, im more prone during the summer because i tend to forget to drink water , but ill water down the juice and add a few drops of mio in it to sweetened it a little since cranberry juice can be tart / bitter . i also take cranberry supplements and eat alot of fruit in general |

| Catalina, I take cranberry pills everyday and then I use the Ural sachets when I have bad symptoms. Usually clears within a day or two |

| I once had a tennis ball sized cyst, according to the doc who imaged it... woke up to go to work, staggered to the floor because it felt like I was literally being stabbed. hubby had to call the nurse line and take me to the ER |

| Mellow, yucky, kidney infections are no fun. But yeah it’s worth investigating, especially if you’re getting chronic uti symptoms. Utis are the worst tho |

| I remember when my mom took me to the ER for it ππ my ovary wasn't twisted or hurting anymore and she was all "you better not be faking this or I'm going to be pissed" lol. Nope, wasn't faking π |

| I had the IUD for 3? Years. It stopped all periods and cysts. I had another one put in after having my first baby, and had it taken out to transfer this current baby lol but yes the IUD helped a lot |
