| It depends on the state. NY has break requirements by law. Pharmacists here are required to take a 30 minute lunch as well |

| When I work, its normally an 8-9 ish hour day and if we don't have a break during one of the lessons, then she makes sure we at least get horses for the next group so we aren't stuck with kids all day. |

| It's not a legal requirement to offer lunch breaks. Worked at too many pharmacies as an intern where there were no mandatory lunch breaks. Legally, if there's no pharmacist on duty, the pharmacy can't be open...Per state law. So. No lunch break for the pharmacist. Line must go up. |
