Yes, it's messy, but that's how horse racing, dog showing, cattle roping, and any other animal sport/hobby is. There's always someone against it, and there's always someone for it. |

It sounds like the horsemanship isn't great in the places you've been, I encourage you to find someone with better morals and knowledge if that is available in your area, it makes a huge difference in working with horses |
