| babies get adopted pretty quickly. Older kids typically don't and will often age out of the system |

| It was too much trauma from my sister to me lol. She knew she was adopted. She held a lot of anger and resentment because she was the only child surrendered by her parents, they kept her siblings. She was like 12 or 13 when my parents adopted her. |
