| Fawn Yea I applied to over 30 got no responses except for 1 then I got a automated messsage to sign up for a interview time. Luckily I did super well at the interview and got hired on the spot since it's a brand new company starting from scratch where I live so there were a ton of positions >.> |

| Yeah that's what I hate about the job market. I've applied to so many positions over the last month and a half and have gotten jack shit in responses. I check all of the qualifications they require for the position but it seems like a lot of places are "hiring" but not really |

| I am not looking forward to the anxiety that job applying will bring. I hate all the unanswered applications or interviews that they tell you 'we think you'd be great for this' and than an hour later they say 'sorry you dont fit' or 'we just filled the position'. Feels dehumanizing in a way |

| Thanks guys! So far it's the only position I've heard anything back from that I've applied for. They pretty much contacted me 2 hours after I put the application in to touch base with me as they want to fill the position ASAP |

| Also fingers crossed but I have an interview this week. It's part time but it has full benefits and the starting pay is between 18 and 24 an hour so that would be good enough for me and I could always supplement with soccer refereeing in the summer/fall |
