| honestly massage therapy has done wonders for me, only been going for about a month now but my therapist is one of those deep tissue pressing-through-your-body-into-your-soul-and-into-outer-space types, and it's exactly what I need but not for everyone. even something a little more gently maybe could help, though |

| ive gone to PT for injuries , but never for an alignment, i go to a mechanic for that (lol jk bad joke xD ) keep up updated on it though if you feel up to it! super curious if it helps you, i have chronic migraines , and semi conpression ice hats things lol idk what to call it but its helped me a little |

| oh neat. then hopefully she'll be able to pinpoint precisely what the issue may be, I know I have a lot of tension in my neck/shoulders that can contribute to aches and pains in my skull and jaw, so it's likely she'll both do some exercises and perhaps an alignment depending what she finds. the first appointment too they tend to do a lot of baseline measuring and testing |

| Its for my neck for my chronic headaches. My dad gets them done when his back is messed up and I was told by the doctor to see if it helps at all with my head |

| Ally If you’re talking about spinal alignment I have only ever done it with a chiro. Pts for me have always taught targeted stretches and movements to help with imbalances and injuries |

| Yel It has to bred in since it cannot be captured but there is some before I started this season and I have used TBs that have it too. It can’t be caught in TB either though |

| Most DPTs don’t do “alignments” as that’s not a change that will stick. A good PT teaches you to use what you’ve got |
