| @Void for sure. I know the issue in my hospital is if management stays under budget they get a bonus which I don't think it right. That means when we need extra staff, guards etc they aren't likely to provide it to keep cost low |

| Em Exactly. And, at least in all the PC places i've shadowed at, there's just not enough time with patients because of hospital appointment timing. I just don't like having to rush through things in 15 minutes when sometimes it takes that long to go over someone's list of meds |

| Makes sense! I work on a medical nephrology unit and healthcare has changed a lot and needs a lot of work. There is no beds, not enough staff etc. |

| Em More like I just really don't like how hospitals are run lol. I like the pace of ED more than more normal visits. |

| @quinn Yup, I just did. Go to... 'Grow' and click 'upgrades and more'. Then click 'barns' and scroll down and find the drop down to sell barns. :D |
