| Remarks Sergeant Richard C. LeBow was a dedicated member of the Arkansas State Police, serving for 27 years. He was tragically killed in an automobile accident on I-40 near Mulberry on February 4, 2008, when his patrol car collided head-on with an oncoming tractor-trailer. LeBow is survived by his wife, Kathy, and his two sons, Charles and Caleb, as well as his mother, Nadine Fultz LeBow. His legacy is honored by his family, friends, and fellow officers, who remember him for his courage and service. |
