| My nepo definition in my situation is just getting the job because I'm the daughter of another highly praised employee. My job actually required no qualifications. (I'm a 911 dispatcher, my dad is a sergeant) |

| I did like 8 interviews recently and I made an interesting observation. On all the interviews where it was an actual conversation they wanted to hire me. On the interviews where it was dead silent and they just asked questions they wanted other candidates. |
